Stephen, I have never had AV or Adobe install at the same time as HIP... Is it possible you have third party extractor on your computer?

Not what I said.  I said, "when you update other programs".  Many time when you update Flash / Shockwave they have a box that must be unchecked or it also downloads and installs McAfee A/V.  Other programs do the same with "partner" software.

Dom says they are not software but links.  I would still prefer the links to not be part of the program on my computer.

Im not sure that the Iphone app programing language will even allow this but I would LOVE for my HIP pics to land in a separate folder. I asked for this a long time ago and I think you misunderstood my question but you set it so that HIP created a folder when viewing pics on my phone. Here is what happens and here is what I want:

What happens now:

Plug Iphone into USB cable
Plug that cable in to my PC
PC comes up with the "open device to view files" option
Click on view files and my Iphone is now viewable as a hard drive with one big folder containing every picture on it
Download all pics, mixed in with any pics that I have taken of non-hip related things like family or life

What I want to happen:

Plug Iphone into USB cable
Plug that cable in to my PC
PC comes up with the "open device to view files" option
Click on view files and my Iphone is now view able as a hard drive with TWO folders, one Labeled HIP(with HIP pics ONLY) and one labeled DCIM(with all other NON-HIP pics)

Now I wont have to sort through to find pics that are not related to HIP every time I copy pics over to my hard drive

One of the biggest messes we can get into with the mobile software is inputting data or photos on the wrong report. I would like the mobile software to always display the name of the the report on top tab next to the section you are working in. I asked for this once before but never saw any response. This can eliminate a lot of work when a mistake has been made. I would like to know if other users have run into this problem.

In Ratings Section: Allow extra letters (up to 7) for common words so these fit i.e SAFETY, MONITOR, REPAIR, DEFECT

Make a way to preload an inspection template (maybe blue/green color?) with all common items (comments) pre-selected so report writing time is minimized.

Yes, write all your comments and save it as an inspection, for example "Pre 1950's Inspection," "Condo Inspection.," etc Then next time you're starting a new job and want that set of preselected comments click on File->Import/Merge and select the inspection.
