Um, look, there's moisture in the walls.
Um, look, there's a stiff in the crawl space.
Um, look, he's really dirty because there's no vapor retarder over the soil.
Um, gee, the place seems kind of moist. Well, you should know, crawl spaces can do that tooya!

Hey look! The water heater's leaking! Here, let's get out the moisture meter again - we'll check the floor... just a minute, I need to wade to the other side. I think I need to shut the water off first... Here it is! OK, now, where's that meter anyway?

I would have paid money to see the looks on their faces! Classic inspection. Blog it!
