TOPIC: Firefox and editor

Firefox and editor 15 years 1 month ago #10566

Does anyone know why Firefox has a page jump when you hit the enter key in the editor? Everytime I hot enter when I am typing content and hit enter to go to the next line my page jumps to the top. Anyway to stop that?

My site editor does that with Firefox, Chrome, IE7, and Safari. I just took that as a quirk of the website Editor. It's annoying but for me, there are far bigger fish to fry.

I am using the HIP site editor. It is my big fish, and I want it fried.

I've noticed that when I'm at home on a smaller monitor, doesn't happen at work on the larger one. The first time I hit enter the page shifts. I'm working on a complete site upgrade which includes a new version of the editor and it shouldn't have this issue.

That's nice--:))...I was getting annoyed too, when I had a day off a few months ago messing around with my site---now I don't care what it does---LOL
