TOPIC: Adding logo

Are there jpeg/gif file size settings for adding a logo to the report cover? I'm unable to add the logo with my current files.

Make sure it's in RGB format. Some printers will give you CMYK format but that won't work. Other than that any JPG, PNG or GIF should work.
