TOPIC: Which type of contract is best

I've just finished my four non-fee inspections for newNACHI membership (since I'm new to this industry) and am now ready to get started on the real thing.

I've looked at the HIP contract template, but have heard that I should run the contract by a lawyer before using it.  Is the HIP contract thorough enough, or is it better to develop one?  If some of you have developed one, do you have a template that you could share?

Most associations have one they've run by their attorneys that you can check out. You'll want to make some changes to ours depending on what state you're in and what services you do/don't offer.
