Hey David, who did the flash header on your site? There are many who think that is SEO suicide. It does look good though.

Having a flash header isn't a problem. Having an entire site of flash or most of your content with flash is what will kill your SEO.

A really good electrical tester, beyond the little $5 three-prong device to test wiring.

I use:  www.professionalequipment.com/tasco-insp...20g/circuit-testers/

Worth every penny.  I couldn't do an inspection without it.  I find it so important, I have two.

A really good bore-scope recommendation would be:  www.professionalequipment.com/ridgid-see...18/pipeline-cameras/

It's good because the client can see too.

Finally, to check HVAC:  www.professionalequipment.com/general-to...ls-hvac-instruments/

All that will really complement your tool kit.  Remember, the Indian with the most arrows in his quiver can fight longer and better.

When you get really well along, highly consider an IR camera.  I think, in a couple of years home inspections will not be done without them.

Just my opinions!  Enjoy...

Great job going full time.  I wish you the best of luck!

Glad you mentioned those.  I hadn't thought about those in a while.  I have looked into the electrical tester and decided I would rather invest in the one that tests AFCI's also.  Its just a newer version of the one you have already.  The bore scope is another good idea.  I have my eye one one of those also.  But I will stay away from the anemometer.  I use to test those all the time and they are junk.  Stick with one of these:

www.davis.com/catalog/product_view.asp?sku=1037459
www.davis.com/catalog/product_view.asp?sku=1037486

These anemometers were pretty good about keeping their calibration.  You could even find some of the older models and do well with them.
