If I take an actual inspection report and change all the identifying information and then click Save Inspection in the File menu, it should ask me what I want to call it right?  If I decide to call it "sample.hzf instead of the name of the original file, I should end up with both reports right?  I don't want to loose the original report.  Thanks.
