TOPIC: Image resolution

Image resolution 14 years 3 days ago #31333

I am sure that this has been covered before. I just got a new camera, I can choose the MP to use up to 12MP. What MP is best to use with HIP?

I used 5MP for today's inspection and they seemed to load slower to HIP than the old camera images. I will use 3MP on the inspection for tomorrow to see the difference. I can choose "PC" on the camera, I think that is like 1MP or 1024 x 768.

3 MP is enough to make a 30" x 20" poster and is plenty. The higher you go, the longer it'll take HIP to resize the image as we actually have it resized multiple times to keep the best photo quality as possible.
