Just installed new licence, and now can't open existing inspection. 14 years 8 months ago #18808

The title says it all... I've been building my first inspection, while learning the software, and editing the template... but now that I've bought it and installed the licence, when I open up my inspection file there's no data in my file.

Loading the license doesn't affect anything in the program, it just changes the name from Acme to your name. If you saved your template as a different name, it will revert back to opening the default template, click on Open Template to open yours and set it as the default again. If you need help click on Live Support in the top right of the website. I'll be here for a little while longer.
