TOPIC: HIP Trial Practice

I'm looking to begin my home inspection business in mid-May, and I'd like to use Home Inspection Pro & Office as my inspection software. While I know I can have a 30 day trial, is it possible to use the mobile app and desktop versions for practice purposes to do friends and family inspections. I want to get familiar with the software, using it just as though I would when I begin doing real inspections. While I downloaded the desktop version and mobile version, it doesn't appear they can sync during the trial period? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
