TOPIC: Option to place "Caption" comments directly to "Summary"

This request may already be on the to-do list.

Can "Captions" (under pictures) have an additional option to also include the "Caption" comment in the Summary page (including an option to edit the "Caption" comment to be more inclusive / (catch - all) for a Summary comment - if necessary). It will save having to go back into the Comments and click / type out a similar comment and place into RED

This has been brought up but needs to be discussed more. It dramatically changes how HIP works which relies on comments to be in the black/red area to control appearing in the summary.

Not suggesting any changes in how the black/red comments works in the Damage panels.

What I am suggesting is an additional option that applies to Captions, where some or all Captions can be placed (and possibly edited to suit the Summary) directly into the relevant Summary section without having to go back into the Damage Panel to achieve the same result. This would save on extra clicks and then finding the same comment within the Damage panel.
