I also would like to be able to put a photo into an individual section at the beginning without having to choose a subsection. For instance I have an individual category Called Kitchens and subcategory called floors, counters, etc. When people read the report I want them to see a pic of the kitchen before I go into any deficiencies.

Nathan you can easily do that by adding a category.
Mine goes...Kitchen / General comments and photos

Nathan,

As far as inserting multiple items in a list, why not just put multiple lists in your comments? I do that all the time with 2-3 of the same list.

And for comments at the start of the list, I never use the "add comment" button, I just have a blank comment at the beginning of my lists with the footnotes I use. Whenever I add a note I Ctrl-C/Ctrl-P that comment and it puts it right at the top of the list.

Ctrl-"C", not control click. It's just a plain old copy and paste, but you are selecting a comment and pasting a copy without opening that comment. You can copy your entire list of comments that way if you need to.

Select/highlight the first comment in your damage panel. Hit Ctrl-C to copy it and then hit Ctrl-P to paste that same comment a second time.  It should show up under the first comment you have selected. Then you can open that first comment, delect it and it will remain as a blank comment at the top of your list.

Just having new ones seems much easier Cameron.
Shortcuts are always nice to know.
Bet that would make a nice thread if listed.
