I was inspecting a 10 year old house in the Dilworth section of Charlotte NC and the owner of this house kep following me around every where I went so figured I should at least talk to him. So I ask him if he had any ghost since the say most old houses are haunted? He didn't say anything. I then said you know I don't put ghost on my home inspection report. He still didn't say anything. I then said you know they say ghosts actually make a house more valuable. We says "Well in that case we have five" - True story
