And made a couple of sloppy blog comments.

When referring to an IR photo, the word "image" is very good to use.  Just a bit more flashy and esoteric.  It just sounds like it fits with the "new" technology.

Ask inspector Dave and Deal killer. I want to get a lot of traffic on the blog and I feel deal killer would get the agents attention.

Dave - I don't know what gets traffic to your blogs.  That is still a mystery to me.  I think titles will help, but we are all wondering what works!

Good content and time. Don't get discouraged it will take several months before you'll have a large following. That's why I also recommend that the same way you guys are linking up on active rain, you should link to your website blogs on technorati. When you have enough people linked this should start generating interest.
