What David and Stephen said is so true.

I started in 2008, right in the middle of the crash. Out of 15 in my class, I am the only one inspecting full time. It is what you decide you want it to be. professional is an attitude, not your education, although you need the education. Building relationships drives your referrals, both with clients and realtors, but you always have to be looking for more clients from other sources.
