Sorry about my misunderstanding. When we say 'condo' here in No. VA we normally mean an 'apartment' type of dwelling. e.g. one on the 8th floor, I did last week. But you are right, a Townhouse, or even a single family detached home, can be a condominimum ownership or co-op. In this case I inspect everything.

Got it, that makes. I lived in a condo for awhile that was basically detached except for a few feet of wall attached to the garage and was looking at it from that vantage point. I see the difference!
