Okay Dom,

I downloaded from previous post, run HIP program, enter client info,click on contract page,
click on printer button- have signature but no date. How do I get the date to show up?
Also how do you do electronic client signature as you previous commented on?

Now have date on contract. I didn't load to the correct place at first.

Still would like to know how to have client do electronic signature though.
Please point me in the right direction.

Dom - is the electronic initialing of a client's name in the online NACHI agreement binding?  I have my concerns about this.

Somehow, having a faxed copy of an actual client's signature makes me sleep better at night.

Yes, as are the electronic signatures that the HIP guys use on their websites. Check out en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_signature

When guys create a contract on our sites they record the IP address along with all the other info for help later on. Then the client and inspector get emailed a full contract with all their info filled out. Yes, physical signatures definitely feel safer since we're used to them, but electronic is just as good.
