TOPIC: If you take a pen and paper into the field...

Re: If you take a pen and paper into the field... 14 years 10 months ago #15269

Acrobat standard must have been included with your new computer, it allows you to do some editing of PDF's. Acrobat Reader is what HIP uses. If it's not directly printing, then the printer you have installed isn't your default. Click on Start, Printers, right click on your printer and select default. Then in the future you'll just need to hit print and it'll automatically use the right printer.

Thanks again, I think I did it, but was not easy. Had to go find printer in control panel and double click and then default came up in the header of that page.

Man oh man, this computer is difficult to find stuff.
Does way more than I am able to comprhend, I tell you.

Going to take me months to learn.  ;D

Well now I got a 28 page print out of the report to use in the field next Saturday.
Will try to make my first report somehow.

Now I got to practice in downloading pictures.

Thanks :) ;)

Photos is easy, just watch the tutorial on the batch adding of photos to bring them all into the program at once.

If you went to Report Settings->Options and checked Continuous mode as mentioned earlier by Rick it would probably knock that 28 pages down to 17. Though when you laminate it as it is now you'll have plenty of space to write notes.

Also you can remove the borders to save on ink. :)

Good morning Rick and happy Fathers Day.

How do you remove the borders? :)
