John - I am at the point where at the beginning of an inspection I can ask the buyer where he is from. Depending on that I can alter my dialect to use words, or slang, that appeal to them. If you ask her if she can make you pupusas, just mentioning it will likely make her crinkle her nose, and say that Catracho food is beneath Guatemalan cuisine...

Jay, John, I didn't want to turn this thread in a discussion about Central America. ;D I do want to mention that I have two adopted daughters from Guatemala. They are three years old each and exactly 30 days apart in age. One is from San Marco and the other is from El Quiche. They are in addition to the twelve year old bio daughter we already had. (what were we thinking?) ???
