Most of my bank owned properties are 2005-2006 that the buyers couldn't afford in the first place, although I have a 2100sqft bank owned 1964 property in the middle of nowhere next Wed. Should make some good fodder for wierdness (pictures forthcoming.) It sold in 2006 for 240K and this sale is for 90K (about 60K less than fair value...) Better get a tetanus shot beforehand. Have a nice weekend.

This is scary....the inspection right before this one is when I fell off the ladder and tore up my hand AND I got a tetanus shot! How can I work the lottery into my next foretelling of the future....
