Yep, I did and 40 +/- made it in the report.
The time killer is having to make new comments for all categories.
The clients really like the binder reports, but it is a lot of work.

But these referrals must mean they like my thoroughness of the inspections.
There was so much rot in this trailers wall assembly, it was scary. They had know idea it was that bad and why.
I think the seller will have a rude awakening on his home. Property selling at $76,000, but the garage is worth about $60,000, so they might still buy it.
