Guys,

I know this is the General Discussion board but lets leave all politics (unless directly related to the housing industry) & religion out. Even if it's just general info and you're trying to be helpful, others can turn into more. That kind of stuff can lead to great discussions but can also get ugly. A lot of guys are coming to the HIP boards more and more because they don't want the political stuff that's going on at some of the other boards. So far now I'd rather everyone just stay off those two topics. I should have brought this up previously and will post it in the board description.

No prob.  Probably a very good idea!

My apologies to everyone that might have watched that prior to it being removed.  It was not my intention to have it be a political or religious issue, I honestly just thought it was interesting.

Hey Rob,

I agree and found it interesting too. I just had a few members point out that they were coming here to escape politics on other boards and were worried that even posts with good intentions and info could turn into debate eventually. So I just made the decision to only allow politics relating to the inspection and home industry and nix everything else for now. Maybe in the future we can create a separate board for that hidden from the public, we'll see!
