So, people call for an inspection, you ask where the house is, and they say, "Let's see, just under the knuckle of the index finger..."?  How do you zoom in for highways and streets?  Oh, I got it!  You turn the hand over!?

Received this email this morning from a client. First time home buyer, broker told Her a HI would cost $100 - $300 (2000 sq ft home 3 car unattached garage)* I had about a 10 minute conversation with her, and used the sales technique I posted above and told her I would do it for $400. I know full well I am at least $100 over my closest competitor, who uses "da clipboard  method"

Hi Mike-

Your report is very impressive. I would like to schedule the inspection for Tuesday, 1 pm works fine for me.  I will also let <real estate agent> know the time and day.  Email me the agreement and I will return it to you however you request.

Jay, mostly I use Google maps, anyone who has lived in MI for more than a year is used to "Drawing" maps on their hand:)

*Note, how is it that brokers can dictate what I should get, but I cant dictate what they should get?

Verrrry Nice :) $100, wow! That's some nerve. Make sure to tell the client the agent's only taking .5% now.
