It was just a joke Bert, about charging more. I just didn't wanna get wet. :D
Actually, I just got done and it helped that it was raining today for my clients sake. Issues were noted that wouldn't have been observed without the rain.

Sorry to hear that Joe. That's just what happens sometimes. You can't make the house better than it is! You did your job and protected her. When she finds the right home the others won't matter.
