Jim,
I personally wouldn't use the comment "Looks all good now". That statement will place all liability on me.

I use "No defects are observable at this time", or, "Previous defects are no longer observable" or some other variation depending on the specific scenario.

Yeah Jeff, I was just writing that now as a general metaphor of such, my actual wording is much more in line with what you wrote.  Verbage such as Defects are no longer observed.  Repairs noted, ....and other short sayings :)

My re-inspection report is very simple takes about 30 seconds I use a separate document for my repair list and I simply go into the original report and turn the items red in color that were not completed as a repair or not repaired properly and I send the original report noting it is a re-inspect
