TOPIC: I keep getting this virus

I keep getting this virus, but the AVG says it should not be removed. Does anyone know what this is?

That has the ZYL extension, my virus has the CLFD extension. I am not sure that will work. But, thanks for the info.

It won't remove it because the file is need by windows to operate. That's a generic name that means nothing to any other program.

Reboot into safe mode, insert your Windows disk, click on Start, type in sfc /scannow and click enter.
