Ok here is the latest development

The link Jeff provided worked just fine, until yesterday
apparently that video was removed -" link not found"

I went to youtube and found the video with a different link address:

video has a Sarasota Home Inspector's info flashing up across the bottom of the video.

Is there any way to get rid of that stuff so it's just the video?
