Does anyone know how to solve a blue screen problem. Twice in the last week when I started my 2 year old Sony Vaio, I have experienced a blue screen. Each time I have been able to shut it down before it dumped my memory. Any help would be appreciated.

How old is the computer? What type of Windows is it running?
