TOPIC: Multi Deck Inspection-at one location

I am trying to find a way to provide on one report for 75 decks inspections. This is a deck only inspection. How might someone set up a templet? also, is there a way to add a global response for Inspection Pro? i.e. "Observed in good satisfactory condition at time of inspection".
