You don't have time to build your template? When are you gonna have time for inspections? Look at Serge's template. A good residential template that is built along the lines of ASHI. There are a lot of templates that people have posted. Most are old but still work and you have to tweak them to make them work best for you. Youre not gonna find the perfect template that you can download and go inspect.
