Yeah I would forget the interest part. Just add a 20 dollar a month late fee.

I would like to see the reporting program merged with an accounting program. With the report I have been using I had to enter the client 3 times, contract, report, accounting. I've not used HIP on an inspection yet, it looks like 2 times now.

Actually 3 or 4 times if you use the report uploader for attachments like WDI and Radon.

So 1 in client info, 1 Invoice and 1 or 2 with upload.

Come on Dom get with the program. I have nothing better to do but keep adding the same names, address and emails.

Lol, funny David. Got a ton of new features we're working on ;) But a lot right now is going into the new Texas regulations requiring a new form by February 1 so some of the other things have temporarily been put on hold. I could make it so you could open a client file from the separate uploader program (Jon, this is only used if you're uploading something other than the inspection report) then it populates the client data automatically.

Jon, when you put the data into the program it's automatically put into the contract as well. So you'd only need to enter the data once. We will be adding an invoice feature into the program (though Dave's solution here is very useful as well) but not a full fledged accounting program. There are billion dollar companies out there like Quicken that make awesome software (Quickbooks) and our commitment is to making the best inspection software there is, not compete with them. What we can do (and have planned) is to make an export feature so you can export the data directly into Quickbooks. This will make it so you could pull the data directly into their program and not have to enter in anything twice.

Sweet!!!  I use Quickbooks and I love it.  I will love it 20 time more if I don't have to enter the customer twice!  ;D

What info are you currently inputting into quickbooks (will help with what needs to be exported).
