There could be a few reasons for this. The most common is that you have a document added under Edit Documents that has nothing in it. Look at what section this blank page is appearing in front of. Then flip through the documents in Edit Documents and find a blank document that is set to print before this section. Remove the document or at least set the document not print (select Don't Include).
