We don't have a distance limit per say. It is all based on the inspection. If we have 5000 sq ft house in Port St. Lucie or Key Biscayne, it is priced based on the distance and house. My realtors know where we are based out of and explain this to their clients. Most of the time, this is not an issue. We do not list a fuel/trip charge on their invoice, but it is included. As with Bob, reinspects generally are $100/hour without any questions.
