I was going to make a comment about how no good can come to you by hanging around nudie bars, but discretion got the better part of me.

I don't know how you made out with the commercial template, but I've been inspecting alot of commercial jobs lately and have a great deal of information that I am willing to share.

I put out a general commercial template with just the sections a version or two ago. I'd appreciate if you send me any templates you have as I'm trying to consolidate the best comments from as many inspectors to come out with some better templates for everyone.
