TOPIC: Inspectors Needed for 1000 Homes in Texas!

I was just contacted by Cody Briggs (NACHI Member) - www.houstonhouseinspector.com & www.myhomeinspector.org in Richmond, Texas who is a Home Inspector Pro software user.

He was chosen by a large law firm to perform over 1000 home inspections involved in a class action lawsuit. All these inspections must be done with Home Inspector Pro software (the attorneys required this as they loved the look and want them all to be the same format).

The area of the inspections is around Galveston , TX I believe and Cody is in Richmond. He is looking for about 8 inspectors to help him get the job done. He appears to be about 40 miles from Galveston, so the commute wouldn't be bad.

Commute for him will be fine. Looks like he's going with 8 inspectors. He really landed a great deal! He said that one of the attorney's clients had a copy of a report he did and they all liked it and called him. It's not even something he went out and bid on. Right place, right time.

Man that's a lucky deal!  I hope we can all benefit from this somehow.  I would like to see this turned into a positive ad for all of us who use your software and possibly put it on our sites!  We may not be able to reap the rewards of 1000 home inspections, but maybe we can turn his good fortune into our good advertisement!

I'm working on it. As the case goes along I'm sure there will be news releases. We can attach the articles and mention the software used to do the reporting on the 1000 homes Hopefully Cody will drop in at some point and let us know how it's going.

Yeah this will probably be something we will have to keep in that back of our minds for a while.
