My mobile sync isn't working. Says error each time 1 year 2 months ago #66619

I have installed my homeinspectorpro program on my new laptop. I've logged into my HIP account in the program. However, when I try to download a report from my cloud, it says error. I clicked the refresh button and nothing seem to happen. Whats wrong?

I am using HIP version 4.4.1
