Is there any option to number the items pulled to the summary page? I've got several regular Realtors that are accustomed to my format & they just hand number their inspection responses for ease of negotiation. I'd like too be able to do that to improve the look of my reports if possible. For instance instead of just "Page 5 item 2" maybe "3.) Page 5 Item 2." I could even do it myself in Adobe, but the export creates a security lock on the PDF, which I understand is to prevent tampering. Any one with good options?

I'm not aware of a numbering option Tim.

Just so I understand; the Realtor writes a repair addendum and then includes your summary and refers to the items in that way rather than copying and pasting the summary verbiage for the items that they want addressed?

Many of the listing agents that I know in my area wouldn't accept that, they don't want their homeowners to to see or know anything more than they absolutely have to. LOL
