TOPIC: Multiple Home Inspector Pro Licenses

Hi,

I have a guy who works for me, and I have a license for his computer. He also, does his own inspections separate of my company. So he has his own license. We have tried to load both licenses on his computer, so that he can switch between his company and my company when he needs to, however we can't seem to get it right. It works temporarily when we load my license, but when we exit the program, it reverts back to his license.

Thus my question is, can we have multiple company licenses running on one computer? If so, how?

Make sure they're both valid for the version of HIP you're on. He may be trying to load a HIP 4 license into HIP 5.

Thank you for the reply, we are both on HIP 5.

Both licenses are version 5.

Any other suggestions or instructions?
