Ok, the issue is that the bottom border exists where the page numbers currently are. One thought is to place the page numbers in the border, but then that takes one of the 3 positions on the bottom up. I thought of putting it above, but it didn't look quite right. If the date is in the border I'm thinking it would look better in the center with inspector on the left and company on the right. What do you think?
