Depends on the situation of course but I often work into the opening presentation about "what I am going to inspect and what I'm not going to do" and that they should expect the need for further evaluation for things like sewer camera, Level II Chimney inspection and Infrared moisture detection. (if moisture intrusion is suspected due to visible signs)
I sort of come at it sideways, LOL. It's just matter of factly introduced as just another "add-on". 

I know that many States allow, and inspectors list, add-ons for things Wind Mit, Radon, WDO etc. I could probably get into those as well but choose not to. Actually, most of those are not even needed here in La La land. WDO does require a State license here.
