TOPIC: Written Signature

How many guys have a written signature above their name on the about us page?

I think it adds little to the page. Of course this is not my actual sig. would never put that out there so someone can use it to forge stuff.
I found a neat little site that does the signature for you in various styles. All you have to do in the message box to the left is delete the message there and just put in your name and nothing else and then play around with the styles on the left. Once satisfied, follow the directions and email it to yourself. Then copy it and paste it in a paint program to create a .gif (remember to crop it), copy it on to a word document then upload it to your site and there you have it.

I made my signature that was easy. It is on a white background so that will work on one site. My other site is kind of a brown/olive green color so I am trying to make the image transparent. I downloaded Gimp to do it, EXTREMELY difficult program to work with. I'm still going at it though.

Making an existing image transparent is always a pain unfortunately!
