ISN Related
Cover photo is sent to ISN to be used in emails there.
Inspection HZF file is sent to ISN as a backup and easy access (especially in multi inspector firms).
An error will now popup if the wrong ISN information is entered in.
ISN Agent ID is properly stored on the desktop when ISN data was imported on mobile.
Draw arrow was always showing as selected when editing a photo. Brightness, rotate clockwise & overlay buttons were not being re-enabled. Add Text button won't add the same text over and over.
Items & Sections completed on mobile are correctly marked as completed on desktop.
When uploading to the cloud from the desktop HIP will now compare the inspectors license name with the website inspector name for an appx > 90% accurracy. If they're not a match the inspector is instructed to update their name on the website.

Ability to rename lists has been added.
Inspections are correctly sorted by date on the Mobile Sync inspection download page.
Alert added when deleting inspection and template from Mobile Sync page.
Scroll bar fixed on Edit Documents page.
Videos work properly if inserted into the back of the report.
Photos/Diagrams can be attached to narratives so that the image will always be added into the report when the narrative is selected.
Photos can be printed at end of the report and in the summary.
You can now print 3 photos across at the end of the report.
New Home Energy Score update with Solar Panels.
Fix missing narratives when inspectors enter array format [[ ]], [[ ]] within narratives on mobile and then downloaded to desktop.
Images can be properly inserted into the Sketchpad without reverting to the wrong image.
Photo quality improved for 3 across by setting to the same quality as 2 across. This allows more zooming in 3 across as well.
New Cover Page designer added!
Texas headings turned off on Glossary page in Texas reports.
Report Summary header text will no longer overlap in the report.
Buttons added to move comments between red & black panels.
Take Photo/Video feature added to Add Photos page to allow media capture on devices such as a Surface Pro.
Ability to add PDF's directly into HIP added!
Issue with empty log files fixed. Only 5 log files will be recorded now and will loop back through them each time HIP is opened, replacing the oldest.
Not at this time. It was a massive feature for both companies to implement, taking months to complete. It would take up a ton of resources at this time to focus on getting it only on the HIP system. Given that more than half of our users also use ISN (and over 75% of multi-inspector firms) it's hard to justify at this time. Possibly down the road.
What is the possibility of improving the camera quality int he mobile app. The resolution is not good & I am having to take pictures on a separate camera & them uploading them in a batch in the software. Then I have to label the pictures. If the camera quality was good enough in the app, I could do all this during the inspection & make compiling the report quicker.
