Just got back from the conference in Las Vegas. Paid for and downloaded new HIP 4 update. It won't launch and gives me a Java exception alert. Any ideas? :(

Hi Joseph. With urgent issues like this make sure to use our help desk ticket system. The forum is more for user to user interactions and isn't monitored as closely.

Sounds like a corrupt file somewhere. Reboot your machine and run the HIP 4 installer again. That will make sure any bad files are replaced and you should be good to go.

I couldn't get the ticket system to work either. I use the same password as I do to log on here and it says I'm wrong. I'll look for a Java reload or something. Then I'll also try to reload the update. I don't really know how any of this stuff works anyway. Too old, too slow.

There's no login for the ticket system. Just click on "Submit A Ticket"

Don't reload Java. Download HIP 4 like I mentioned and run the installer again.
