I Had to buy a new computer last week, so I'm trying to get used to 8.1. When I want to email a report, I click "Insert", and the files that appear don't contain the location of the files{ OS (C:) Program Files (x86)}. My work around it to go there and move that Client Report to "Downloads", "Pictures", or one of the tiles (files) that is a choice.

Does anyone know of a way to change the choice of files that can be inserted when emailing in Windows 8.1?
