A second to move your mouse a couple inches? What do you do, stop for a cold beer? Of course you are assuming that every box you check also has an accompanying comment that requires a movement to black / red.

On the other hand, if time is that important, you would go mobile and save yourself hours per day and weeks off per year, and not worry about seconds or minutes.

Try growing some thicker skin.
