How do I send an Inspection report to client that is sent with .hzf extention so they can open?

Do not send the customer the .hzf file. That is your file as the inspector, and would allow the customer to modify the contents.

You will want to click on Generate Report to create the PDF file. You can then attach the .pdf file to the e-mail to the customer. This file is a printable report, and is encrypted so it can not be modified.

Even better, go to Upload Report > Upload Report to Client via HIP Cloud. This allows you to send the .pdf directly to the customer, and you will be notified when they view it.
