First, they didn't share a template. They shared a report. Two different animals You can extract the template but first must open the report.. Download it to your desktop. Go to C:/ Program Files (x86) Home Inspector Pro Client Data. Move the hzf file into this folder and close everything. Now you can start HIP and open the report. If you like the report, you just hit "Save Template" and give it a proper name. From that point on you can just "Open Template" to use it.
