How to upload video

I have been looking for how to upload video to the site. Such as youtube or another feed. Does anyone know how to do such? Thanks in advance.

Video you want to upload to youtube.com first as they will shrink the file and turn it into flash. Then grab the html they give you to insert into any page (via the source button on edit paeg), and paste it to yours. What type of files are the audio files?
