I am getting almost comfortable with it now. Yesterday I thought it would take me a month to get the hang of it.

Bert, I was in the same boat. I decided to pay one of the guys that Dominic recommended. I paid him to get the site up and running and he's given me a lot of help. It was worth the money because I didn't have to get so frustrated. I'm the type of person that doesn't really enjoy working on this stuff so getting the site up and running was a huge head start for me. Now I'm kind of getting into it. I figured the money I spent was cheaper then buying the two or three computers that I would have had to buy because I would have broken them out of frustration. Thanks Doug. I won't say I'm good at it yet but I'm comfortable with it now that I don't have the urge to put my keyboard through the monitor. At home I still need help with the remote control for the tv so I'm not a natural at this kind of stuff. Now that I've got a start at it, I'm starting to enjoy it. (The website building; not the tv remote.  ) |

TV, lights in the house, probably open your garage door...when will it stop?!??!  Bert, we all hit that wall. I considered myself very computer literate, but when it came to building my website, I was as lost as could be! Keep reminding yourself that the time spent working on it pays off with the first job you get through it! Had it not been for Dom and all the inspectors here, I'd have never finished, probably would have given up and decided to mow lawns for a living! |
