Latest design... I have the data folder attached.  If you like what you see simply take my folder and replace it with yours.  Once you do that set my template to default and you'll be producing the same exact reports as I do.  All I ask is please take a look and make sure I'm not repeating anything.  Also if you have more to add please let me know I'm always looking to improve my HIP templates.  I've scoured many reports and what you see is a combination titles and docs from some of the best inspectors in the nation.  To date I have never received a complaint stating that my report in not detailed enough.  Please note the example I posted of my report today is from almost a damn near perfect house.  I have reports that go into great detail with many defects.  However, for this board I wanted to post a clean report so you guys can focus on what I report on and the docs I use below my titles.  Again any suggestions or you see any errors please let me know.  Enjoy!

Billy, nice job! I updated your zip with another as you had included your contacts, your license and a few other files others don't need.

Unzip the file Billy supplied. Copy the tpz into your data folder and the documents you want into the Documents folder. Note that some of the documents have the same names as documents you already have. So make sure you want to use his version of the document, or back yours up by making a copy before loading the documents.
